Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Beauty Clinic)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
• Ensure that our walk-in customers needs are attended to.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Requirements

• Good communication skill.
• Proven experience as front desk executive.
• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any related field.
• Customer service orientation.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skill.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly
