Description 

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing with expertise in sales automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, generate leads, and increase sales. Additionally, they will leverage their proficiency in sales automation, automation tools and techniques to streamline and optimize our sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Create engaging and conversion-focused content for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Utilize sales automation tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) to automate and optimize lead nurturing, prospecting, and sales follow-up processes.
  • Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to identify and prioritize high-quality leads for sales outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and sales pipeline velocity, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and sales automation, and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience and proficiency in sales automation, automation tools and techniques to streamline and optimize our sales processes.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using sales automation tools and platforms to automate marketing and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics) and sales automation are a plus.
