Job Title: Administrative Officer (Stock Management and Inventory)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Stock Management and Inventory
- Distribution of materials when the needs arise.
- Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.
- Processing of all invoices for prompt payment
- Responsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete
- Up-to-date list of all store items/office supplies
- Filling & documentation
- Handling of email correspondence accordingly
- Any other administrative responsibility assigned to perform daily
Requirement:s
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Economics or any other discipline.
- Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.
- 2-3 years experience in a reputable organization
- Strong Organizational skills with problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Experience in office management software like
- MS Office, Windows, and Exchange.
- Good record-keeping/document-filing skills
- Attention to details
Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 / month.
