Requirements

• Must have at least an M.Sc in Civil Engineering
• At least fifteen (15) years relevant professional experience in civil engineering (bituminous/concrete roads) and building construction projects.
• Must have been involved in at least two (2) Donor funded projects
• Must be fluent in English.
