We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a Project Supervisor at Yardoak, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

Resource Allocation:

  • Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that manufactured furniture meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Health and Safety:

  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and trainings to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
