Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Overview

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the sales team.
• Set clear sales targets and objectives for individuals and the team as a whole.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administion or a related field.
• 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
