Job Title: Practice Manager

Responsibilities
- Monitoring patient scheduling, referrals, and satisfaction levels.
- Fostering a collaborative environment with consultants, specialists, and non-clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient business operations.
- Formulating budgets, implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing daily operations.
- Directly engaging with patients to address concerns or complaints, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
- Staying updated on laws and standards of medical practice.
- Representing the company at external meetings.
- Developing and reviewing Health & Safety policies and procedures to comply with current legislation.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years working experience.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
