Job Title: Growth Lead

Description 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Market Bazaar by TPT and its services across various online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns, discounts, and incentives to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute events, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
