We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: House Manager

Locations: Wuse, Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of household operations, including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and security.
• Recruit, train, and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance workers, to ensure high standards of service.
• Coordinate and oversee events and gatherings hosted at the residence, including dinners, parties, and special occasions.
• Maintain inventories of household supplies, groceries, and other necessities, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role in a private residence or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Knowledge of household management best practices, including cleaning techniques, maintenance procedures, and security protocols.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
