Rentachef NG is a leading catering, hospitality consulting, and chef rental agency in Nigeria. We provide private chef service to customers across Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Do you have adminstrative game? Are you an attentive listener? Can you communicate articulately to customers? Can you juggle multiple tasks excellently? Do you have a sharp eye for details? Are you these and more?
  • Do you want to join the admin team of a leading food service company?

Responsibilities

  • Provide quick and accurate answers to customer enquiries on whatsapp, instagram, tiktok, calls and smsin a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare error free sales invoice to be sent to customers.
  • Be very conversant with all service and process of the company to be better equipped to provide support to customers' enquiries and complaints.
  • Work closely with team to ensure seamless operation

Qualification and Experience

  • B.Sc in Mass Communication or Social Science or Hospitality related degree
  • At least 3years work experience in awell structured hospitality or food service company.
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service or social media manager role

Skills:

  • Excellent communication: listening, written and verbal
  • Strong initiative and analytical mind
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong initiative and ability to work efficiently under severe pressure

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month plus very attractive perks
