Job Title: Team Lead - Operations, Sales and Customer Service
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring smooth functionality within assigned responsibilities.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets established for the branch.
- Address and resolve escalations and emerging issues with lasting solutions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
- Ensure the branch is equipped with adequate resources necessary for daily operations, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals and branch targets.
- Deliver innovative content tailored to meet client needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to fulfill requirements such as sales quotas and profitability.
- Provide supervision and feedback to employees to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough analysis of external and internal data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Evaluate company performance against predetermined objectives.
- Serve as a representative of the company in various events and conferences.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification with relevant experience.
Salary
N2,000,000 - N2,400,000 annually
