Job Description
- As A Caster Fitter at African Steel Mills, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of Continuous Caster Machine (CCM) equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Maintenance of CCM equipments.
- Responsible for Maintenance and trouble shooting of the CCM panels.
- Responsible for proper maintenance of Auto Cutter, Auto Level Controller, pusher & Cooling Bed and other CCM equipments.
- Responsible for maintenance of foot roller & secondary nozzles.
- Responsible to write daily report in the section’s daily report book.
- Responsible to carry out troubleshooting and affect repairs on all types of CCM equipments.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma / ITI in Electrical/Mechanical
- 06 - 08+ years experience in Steel Plants
- Experience in Continuous Caster Machine (CCM)
Salary
N350,000 - N800,000 / Month.
