Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional beading skills, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through beads and other embellishments.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting design sketches and transforming them into intricately beaded garments and accessories.
- Taking precise measurements and ensuring accurate placement of beads during the embellishment process.
- Collaborating with designers to bring creative concepts to fruition through beadwork.
- Ensuring all beaded garments and accessories meet quality standards and are finished to perfection.
- Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends and techniques in beading to continuously improve skills and offerings.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Beader, with a portfolio showcasing your beadwork.
- Proficiency in various beading techniques and garment embellishment.
- Creative flair and the ability to innovate new designs using beads and other embellishments.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in bead placement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and bead types.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
