We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Analyst / Senior Analyst, Investment - Heavy Industries, Telecoms and Technology (HIT&T)
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment on project proposals, including developing and interpreting financial models.
- Assist with the preparation of transactions documents such as engagement letters, proposals, presentations, Credit and Investment Memoranda, financial and valuation analysis reports, etc. for AFC’s investment considerations (debt, equity, etc.).
- Undertake research and analysis on prospective clients, companies, and industries to identify financial trends and issues.
- Assist in administering the investment processes associated with deals e.g. procurement of consultants, coordination across internal departments, processing disbursement requests etc.
- Assist with all due diligence related activities as required.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory while oral and written fluency in other international languages will be an added advantage.
