• Greeting guests and taking them to their tables
• Presenting the food menu and wine list, and providing advice on food and drinks choices
• Taking guests’ orders and transmitting them to the kitchen
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests and ensuring the order is correct and presentable
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
