Job Discription
- We are seeking a competitive and result’s driven Sales executive to help build up, meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to Organization’s rapid and sustainable growth.
- We are equally sourcing for applicants with an excellent communication skills and feels comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.
- You will work hand-in-hand with our team to drive the organization’s growth through discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads, sourcing potential clients and building relationships
- Building relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, pitching the organizations’s services, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service and maintaing accurate sales records
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and maintaining client records.
- Understanding and promoting company products/services/programs.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales deals. Work with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team lead
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and substantial portfolio of successful sales deals
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship tools such as Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills relevant to share information with prospective customers through emails, phone calls, in-person interactions and finding engaging ways to convey facts about our products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology for digital analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
