We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with order processing, refunds, and exchanges.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
