Job Title: Head, Business Development
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Originating equipment lease transactions through reputable platformers
- Provide advisory to platformers on general lease requirements
- Identify new businesses, foster relationships and lead initiatives that will expand market presence in the leasing industry
- Understanding credit analysis of prospective lease transactions and conducting initial equipment inspection and review
- Processing and verifying all information details supplied such as income, address etc during credit rating
- Price structuring for lease transactions
- Preparing of lease documentation
- Monitoring all repayments due
- Building a database of customers for cross-marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. A Masters Degree is a plus
- Member of ELAN, NIMN
- 7+ years relevant work experience.
