DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company which provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Job Description

• Develop market penetrating sales strategies appropriate for institutions, HNIs and retail investors.
• Continually open sales channels for the entire sales team.
• Develop innovative investment products and swiftly respond to competitors.
• Drive and motivate sales team to meet up with aggressive targets.
• Continually open sales channels for the entire sales team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in any related discipline.
• 8 years experience in marketing investment products in Nigeria.
• In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry in Nigeria and products offered.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian capital and money markets.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word for presentations.
• SEC sponsored individual status will be an advantage.
• Experience doing digital marketing for a Fintech company is desirable.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
