Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- The Real Estate Sales Executive will also need to have a strong working knowledge of the local real estate market, and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to close sales and sell homes is a must.
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is a MUST.
