We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Private Chef

Location: Katampe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Three days a week (specific days to be determined)

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare meals tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the household member.
• Create weekly menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and special requests.
• Source and select the finest ingredients from local markets and vendors, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Manage inventory, kitchen organization, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area at all times.
• Adapt to changing schedules and last-minute requests with flexibility and professionalism.

Requirements

• Culinary Degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in preparing traditional Nigerian dishes, including Gbegiri, Ewedu, and other regional specialties,is highly desired.
• Proven experience as a Chef in a private household or fine dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
