Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Technology Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings and other structures. Duties may include interpreting blueprints, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers.

Requirements

• NCE/OND in Building Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in building construction or a related field.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
