Job Title: Estate Accountant

Location: Ikota, Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are actively seeking a proficient and detail-oriented accountant to fortify our team.
• In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Estate Manager, primarily focusing on the meticulous management of financial transactions, meticulous preparation of financial reports, and steadfast adherence to accounting standards within our association.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP)
• Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between the estate management team and external stakeholders
• Conversant with banking procedures and policies
• Financial Reporting
• Compliance Assurance
• Administrative Support
• Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N70,000 - N8,000 monthly.
