Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate with expertise in accounting research analysis to support our Director who is currently pursuing a Ph.D programme in Accounting.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of publishing research in reputablejournals.
• As a Research Associate, you will be involved in cutting-edge research projects, seminar publications and Thesis preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Research Design and Planning:

• Contribute to the development of research objectives, hypotheses, and methodologies.
• Collaborate to design and plan studies in the field of accounting research.

Data Collection and Management:

• Implement data collection methods, which may include surveys, interviews, observations, and analysis of existing datasets.
• Oversee the organization and management of research data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

Statistical Analysis:

• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze datasets.
• Interpret and present findings through clear and comprehensive reports and visualizations.

Literature Review and Synthesis:

• Conduct thorough literature reviews to inform research design and methodology.
• Synthesize existing research to contribute to the development of a knowledge base in the field.
• Prepare papers with acceptable Turnit in results and suitable forinternational journals, conferences, and other academic outlets.

Qualifications

• Ph.D Student or Ph.D holder in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven expertise in research design, statistical analysis, and accounting research methodologies.
• Track record of publishing research in reputable journals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively with our Director.
