Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership in international educational settings, a deep understanding of diverse curricula, and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
Leadership and Administration:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction in collaboration with the school board and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring compliance with relevant educational standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Manage and optimize resources, including budgetary responsibilities, to enhance the overall performance of the school.

International Curriculum Implementation:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of international educational frameworks and curricula.
  • Collaborate with academic leaders to ensure the effective implementation of a globally recognized curriculum.
  • Foster an environment that encourages cross-cultural understanding and promotes international-mindedness among students and staff.

Student Affairs and Well-being:

  • Oversee student enrollment processes and admissions, ensuring diversity and inclusivity.
  • Implement and monitor student support programs, ensuring the well-being and holistic development of all students.
  • Address and resolve student-related issues with a focus on creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Faculty and Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the faculty in line with international education standards.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among faculty and staff members.

Community Engagement:

Technology Integration:

  • Stay abreast of educational technology trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance teaching and learning.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in school administration, with a focus on international education.
