Osten Laboratory is an Environmental and Petroleum testing laboratory. Our activities include use of instrumental methods to detect trace analysis that provides needed information for geological exploration, Environmental remediation and production activities.

Job Title: Petroleum Laboratory Supervisor

Position Overview

• Take charge of overseeing operations, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
  Lead a team of analysts, shaping success in the oil and gas sector while showcasing your leadership in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on petroleum samples to analyze their composition and properties
• Use analytical instruments and equipment to conduct tests accurately and efficiently
• Interpret test results and prepare reports for clients and internal use.
• Maintain Laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and functioning
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in a science-related field
• Previous experience in petroleum laboratory analysis preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the application of gas chromatography for hydrocarbons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
