Job Title: Commercial Lawyer

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Managing Partner

Key Roles

• Drafting, negotiation and reviewing of commercial contracts.
• Writing client updates and briefs.
• Regulatory Engagement.
• Client Management.
• Issuance of legal opinions.
• Supervising younger lawyers.

Person Specification

• A Master’s Degree is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent academic credentials at University & Law School.
• Litigation experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Can work independently or with little supervision.
• Passionate about using the law as a tool of problem solving and social change.
• You’ve got positive energy. You are optimistic about the future.
• You have a “can do” attitude.
• You want to be part of a winning team.
