Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

• Lead the production team in the forecasting, planning, and delivering of production volumes.
• Develop production optimization techniques in line with Company HSE policy in a safe and efficient manner.
• Manage the commissioning and start-up of new projects & flow station modifications to ensure compliance with standards, specs, and contract terms & conditions.
• Manage field production assets and efficiently administer resources to ensure optimum availability of oil production around the clock in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (An MBA or MSc in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any related discipline)
• Minimum of 15 years upstream oil industry experience.
• E &P project experience with development of heavy crude reservoirs.
• An understanding of Oil & Gas industry legislative and regulatory requirements, including project proposals, submissions, reports, approvals, cost recovery components, and auditing.
