Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Ghana

Job Summary

• Our client is looking to hire a Sales Team Lead for their stores in Ghana. The candidate will be in charge of developing sales strategies and managing the sales team to maximize productivity in order to meet sales targets.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales working as a Sales Supervisor, Assistant Sales Manager or a similar position
• Previous experience working within the hair, fashion, beauty or makeup industry is required.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to produce excellent results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management with good client management and customer service skills
• A proven track record with the ability to drive sales process end-to-end
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary
2,000 - 2,500 Ghana Cedis Monthly.
