Job Title: Storyteller Lead

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Senior Storytelling Lead to lead our marketing and communications efforts at our recycle-tech start-up.
• As the Senior Storytelling Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that highlight our brand, products, and services.
• You will also be responsible for managing a team of content creators and designers to ensure that our messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that highlight our brand, products, and services
• Manage a team of content creators and designers to ensure that our messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligns with our brand values
• Create compelling narratives that engage and inform our target audiences across all marketing channels, including social media, email, web, and video
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our messaging is aligned with our overall business strategy and goals
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to increase our brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to adjust campaigns and messaging as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing efforts fresh and innovative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications or PR, with a focus on storytelling and content creation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
• Experience managing a team of content creators and designers
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Experience in the recycling or sustainability industry is a big advantage
