Job Title: Senior Associate - Corporate Commercial
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptiom
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate corporate commercial at Gresyndale Legal in Lagos. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to corporate commercial practice.
- They will work closely with clients, provide legal advice and services, draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and participate in negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
- 6+ years experience in corporate commercial.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate/Commercial Practice
- Expertise in Property Law, Corporate Litigation, Taxation, and Compliance
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Ability to provide legal advice and services to clients
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of governance and compliance issues
- Experience in working with corporate clients and individual clients
Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month
