Position Overview

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Storekeeper with expertise in kitchen & Bathroom Solutions, Pipe fittings, Waterproofing, and Flooring solutions to join our team.
  • The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely availability of products to meet customer demands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, receipts, and withdrawals.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for timely order fulfillment.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against purchase orders.
  • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper handling and storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking products from inventory and preparing them for shipment or delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including proper labeling, shelving, and storage of products.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and adjustments.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding product inquiries, order status, and inventory availability.
  • Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, preferably in the bathroom and kitchen solutions industry.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of warehouse operations.
