Job Title: General Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

• To Provide oversight and direction for the overall business operations
• Drive business growth, expansions and diversification
• Manage the hotel's brand and maintain customer service standards
• Drive the corporate culture, boost employee morale and ensure staff retention
• Drive customer acquisition and ensure satisfaction and retention
• Monitor all HODs', business performance and ensure compliance to laid down policies
• Ensure tidy records keeping and submit management reports as at when due
• Drive maximum occupancy by liaising with new and existing clients for continuous patronage and bookings.

Requirements

• A senior manager who can function objectively and independently
• Hands-on experience in hospitality business and operations management.
• A sound and logical decision maker
• Excellent leadership, Team Building and Good computer skills
• Should be able to oversee all core and non-core hospitality staff
• High-level budgeting and financial management
• Leadership experience in the hospitality industry is a must
• Availability to resume as soon as possible is an added advantage.
