Job Description

  • mPharma is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our Data Centre of Excellence team as a Data Analyst Associate. The successful candidate for this role will be a data enthusiast, a fast learner, and an innovative thinker. Additionally, this candidate is never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following up and getting things done, and can thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric, and ever-changing analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and interpreting data using various analytical tools and techniques.
  • Taking ownership of data quality and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs and provide insights and recommendations
  • Support in prioritizing and executing data analysis projects to meet business needs and deadlines
  • Collecting and cleaning data from various sources
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Ensure Data quality and testing documentation
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field
  •  3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (incl. metabase, power BI, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
