Job Description
- McKinsey is looking for an external consultant to join our team and support the government of Sierra Leone on implementation of their Ebola recovery plan.
- The work will be based in Sierra Leone, starting as soon as possible for around 8 months.
Desired Skills
Experience:
- Experience in private sector development including liaising with central government level or across district governments
- Experience working at the Ministerial level with government in Africa
- Ability to work well with stakeholders at various levels
- Experience building capacity and transferring skills in a developing country context
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Africa (or other developing countries), a passion for international development, consulting experience with a major firm (1-3 years), and deep expertise in the area of private sector driven economic development (especially in agricultural and rural development, SME support, public works programs).
