Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in real estate management, with a strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • The Real Estate Assistant will support various aspects of property management, including leasing, sales, tenant relations, and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of our real estate operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the leasing and sale of residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants and buyers.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, rental applications, and other related documents.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the collection of rent and other fees from tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions, leases, and tenant information.
  • Assist in marketing and advertising properties for rent or sale.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • NCE/OND in Real Estate Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in real estate or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and property management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
