Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to identify business opportunities, challenges, and trends.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics to evaluate business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Support the implementation of business initiatives, process improvements, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business analysis, market research, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
