Job Description

• The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of the organization.
• This includes managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• The Financial Manager works closely with the executive team to provide strategic financial guidance and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide detailed financial reports to management
• Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure the company maintains compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with overall business objectives
• Manage the finance team and delegate tasks as needed
• Identify risks and recommend strategies to mitigate financial exposure
• Represent the company's financial interests in dealings with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ICAN or ACA is mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in a senior financial management role
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
• Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
