Job Title: Early Years Teacher (English Language)

Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and qualified classroom teacher. The position will focus on delivering high-quality education in specific subjects within the British curriculum while applying the Montessori Principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons + to the British Curriculum standards.
• Cultivate a love for language learning through engaging English lessons.
• Assess and report on students' progress and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and resources.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Teach grammar, reading, writing, and speaking skills according to British curriculum standards Including culture and etiquette.
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking in language acquisition.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• An NCE with good knowledge of early years may be considered.
• Proficiency in British English
• Experience teaching British curriculum subjects
• Experience with the Montessori technique is an advantage
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Suite
• Teaching qualification/certification.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and commitment to education.
• Previous teaching experiece is preferred.
