TeamAce Limited - Our client, a reputable manufacturer of plastic tanks, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Process orders via email or phone.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact customers/channel partners to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Liaise with the dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare monthly sales reports as desired by seniors (region wise, product wise, channel partners wise etc.)
• Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and inform/update reporting manager.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
• Respond to complaints from customers/channel partners and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform customers/channel partners of unforeseen delays or problems in executing and/or dispatching the order.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and/or events.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in a relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years' sales experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Net monthly
