- The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for Employee relations, Performance Measurement and Management of Employee's daily activities, organization strategy and planning, training and development of employees.
Desired Skills and Experience
- CIPD/CIPM or Masters in Human Resource Management.
- At least 5 to 7 years experience in Human Resources.
- Skilled in Employee Relations.
- Skilled in identifying training and development needs and tailoring them to have impact on the Employee's output.
