The foundation is committed to providing support, resources, and opportunities for these children to thrive. As the organization continues to expand its reach, it is seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Associate to join its team.

Job Title: Donor Relations and Fundraising Specialist

Job Description

  • Develop grant proposals and applications that effectively communicate the mission and goals, of the organization.
  • Research, identify, and apply for relevant grant opportunities from government agencies and corporations.
  • Manage the grant application process from start to finish, and maintain accurate records of grants
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure sponsorships,engage donors and increase contributions through personalized communication and events
  • Work closely with program team to understand the impact of our programs and effectively communicate the organization's mission and accomplishments to donors and grantors.
  • Work closely with the executive and program team to develop and implement fundraising strategies,plan, organize, and execute fundraising events and campaigns to generate support for the organization's mission.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
