Role Overview

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • BSc / HND in any related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in beauty or skincare.
  • Passion for beauty and a strong understanding of skincare and cosmetic products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
