Etisalat Nigeria is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the post of Analyst-Regional Sales to be based in Lagos & South-West.
Position Title: Analyst-Regional Sales
Location: Lagos & South-West.
Division: Indirect Channels & Corporate Sales
Role Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Head-Regional Sales, Lagos & South-West.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks on behalf of the Head-Regional Sales, Lagos & South-West
- Proactively identify and report resource needs for the attention of the Head-Regional Sales, Lagos & South-West
- Liaise with other relevant departments and divisions as required by the Head-Regional Sales, Lagos & South-West
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system (electronic and hard copy)
- Assist in handling logistics for unit and team meetings
- Monitor usage of resources such as photocopiers, printers and other office tools, in order to ensure proper maintenance at all times
- Collate and prepare appropriate daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance reports for the attention of the Head-Regional Sales, Lagos & South-West
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head-Regional Sales, Lagos & South-West
- Reports To the Head-Regional Sales, Lagos & South-West
Qualifications:
- First degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline
- Between one (1) and two (2) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably a similar role in the Sales Support function of a telecoms and/ or FMCG business environment
- Ideal candidate must be able to demonstate expert-level proficiency in use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, for reporting
