Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive initiatives forward.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
