Job Description

• We are seeking for the service of a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative financial solutions. We are in need of a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for quality assurance and a strong commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Would be responsible to carryout user interface and functional testing
• Perform API testing
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Design test plans, scenarios, or procedures.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
• Identify program deviance from standards and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.
• Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of quality assurance professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
