Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Representative to join our team in promoting and growing our restaurant and lounge business.
• As a Sales/Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with customers and partners, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including catering and events
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Coordinate events, promotions, and sponsorships
• Track and report sales and marketing metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing software
