Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team.
  • As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute menus that are innovative, delicious, and visually appealing
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating
  • Oversee food cost control, inventory management, and ordering
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing and promotional strategies
  • Participate in menu engineering and pricing strategies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Foster a positive and inclusive kitchen culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or senior chef role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and menu planning
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as an Executive Chef (CEC) or Certified Culinary Administrator (CCA) is a plus
  • Experience with menu engineering and cost control
  • Knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients
  • Multilingual skills
