The University of Medical Science Ondo, the third specialized medical university in Africa and Nigeria's first specialized medical university was accredited b the national universities commision and established in december 2014 by a law of the Ondo State Government to encourage the advancement of learning.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Director of Works & Physical Planning

Location: Ondo

Description

• Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for appointment into the vacant position of Director of Works & Physical Planning, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo City, Ondo State, Nigeria.

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates must possess a good honours Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least Second Class (Lower Division), from a recognised University
• Must have at least fifteen years post-qualification cognate experience in a University or any Institution of comparable status, eight (8) of which must have been spent in a Senior Management Position.
• Registration with COREN is required, while possession of a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be Computer literate.

Duration Appointment

• The appointment shall be for a period of five (5) years.

Salaries and Allowance
Salaries and allowances are as obtainable in the Nigerian Public Universities.

Condition of Services
As contained in the approved Conditions of Service for staff of the University.
