Job Title: Accountant

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as an Accountant located in Lagos.
• The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial activities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling bank statements, and conducting financial analysis.
• The Accountant will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tax-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and reports
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
